Front Door of the Pueblo Convention Center

This plaque and rose garden was created to permanently honor Medal of Honor Recipient Peter C. Lemon. Lemon possesses a unique bond with the people of Pueblo and has shown a personal dedication to working with young people in our community to help them learn more about leadership, ethics, and patriotism. It also honors the members of Lemon’s Battalion who lost their lives in Vietnam.
